Golden Morning Sound Healing

We created a new Sound Healing Session that we’d like to share. We suggest listening with earbuds/headphones for the most effective listening experience. With this one, we are focusing on the 3rd Chakra (Solar Plexus) and are using E bowls and Sun and Earth tuning forks that create 10hz binaural beats that energize your mind and are an ideal way for your brain to start out the day.
